Our Team of Advocates are presently practicing in the courts situated at PUNE, MUMBAI, KOLHAPUR, AHMADABAD AND GOA. Our core area of Legal Practice is PROPERTY AND RECOVERY Matters and we have a team of Advocates for Civil suits, Arbitration Matters in Pune and Mumbai Jurisdiction, Cheque dishonor cases (u/s 138 of N. I. Act), Execution matters and Specialization of adopting all the tools for the recovery through Court of Law. Adv. Sachin Dhanraj Katariya is having experience of 24 years in legal profession as a practicing Advocate in Pune and Mumbai High Court. He
obtained his law degree from Symbiosis Law School in the year 1999. He has started his practice since then in the Bombay High Court. He has dealt with several matters such as Civil Suits, Criminal matters, Domestic violence, Consumer disputes, Arbitration, Cheque bounce/ 138 of N.I. Act, Execution,
Matters under the Bombay Rent Act, MRTP matters, Land Acquisition matters, Appeal in civil and criminal proceedings, appeared in many corporate matters and is also successfully practicing in various District Courts, High Courts and other Tribunals in the State of Maharashtra and Goa. He has escalated the G. K. Associates, A Law firm on another level since 2008 with his expertized knowledge of law, matchless argument skills and mastering the art of Advocacy.

Views on Law and Legal Profession:-
The purpose of law in society is to preserve the moral sanctity that binds the society and therefore, the legal profession is considered a noble profession as it is the upholder and protector of law. It is a service-oriented profession which aims to serve society at large whether it is individual person, company, trust or any entity. It is said that, “Law is nothing but a logic”, it is also said that, “best country is those who keeps Law and Order in order”, it is also said that, “delay in Justice is itself injustice in laws” and to achieve the object of Law the Lawyer plays important role in the society.
Our Law firm mainly deals in Banks and Finance Company, their operation and recovery, according to us Banks are the important segment in Indian Financial System. An efficient banking system helps the nation’s economic development. Banks are financial intermediaries between the depositors and the borrowers. Apart from accepting deposits and lending money, banks in today’s changed global business environment offer many more value added services to their clients.
While dealing with banking customers we are trying to adopt all the modern platforms wherein the relation of customers and banks are intact, we are
pursuing and adopting the recovery modes in the form of conciliation, arbitration and Pre and Post Litigation and through this the banks are achieving
their recovery target without going to the Court and spending substantial amount and even the customers are happy to resolve the matter amicably and by saving the physical, mental and monetary annoyance.

Adv. Sudhir S. Salve is having 19 years of experience in the field of Law, he is well versed with the procedural law and is known for his drafting and argument skills. He is the back-bone of the Law firm and believes in hard-work, dedication and devotion. He is the person who has really taken the goodwill of the G.K. Associates on the next level. Adv. Sudhir S. Salve started his career as an Advocate in the year 2005. He started his practice from Nagpur High Court wherein he dealt with various types of cases. Currently, Adv. Sudhir Salve majorly looks after the cases in Pune District Court gives opportunities to his young colleagues who have joined the Bar recently.

Law in my opinion is a shield as well as a sword which a person is entitled with, in order protect his rights in rem (Right against the whole world) and rights in persona (Right against a person). Legal Profession is an inevitable part of the society. To make this society aware about the Law, Advocates should have in depth understanding of not only the Law but also the society.
