We also adopt all methods for recovery of the loan amount with interest and for the same we issue various types of notice such as 48hrs notice, notice u/s 420 of I. P. C., Loan Recall Notices, Foreclose Notices etc. and give the natural opportunity to the defaulters to pay the amount before going to the Court. We also adopt the method of Mediation and Reconciliation to settle the matter out of Court.
